Refund Policy
-  All payments are non-refundable. If our professional missed something, notify us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we’ll send a cleaner back at no cost to you!Â
- To reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours' notice, and we’ll arrange the next best available date that suits us both.
- For cancellations, inform us at least 48 hours before your appointment. We’ll keep a credit on file for the amount paid, which you can use for a future appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours is not allowed.
- Gift card and gift certificate purchases are 100% non-refundable.
