Should I remove my personal belongings before the service?
Ideally, you should remove your personal belongings from the property, however, we can still conduct the service if you leave them, but there will be an extra fee of $50-90, depending on the property’s layout. Another important thing to note is that you won’t be able to benefit from the service guarantee if your personal belongings are left in the property.
Do I need to arrange parking?
Marking spot (big enough for a minivan) as close to the property as possible (within 50 to 150 metres). The cleaning team is coming fully equipped with all needed supplies to perform the service, so they need to be able to easily bring in all the equipment from their vehicle. If you need any details in order to secure a parking permit, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the day of the service. Please leave a direct contact number and expect an update via SMS or email from 5 pm to 7 pm the day before the service.
Do I have to meet the cleaners in person?
You can find somebody else to meet the professionals for you. Just grant this person full property access so that the cleaners can begin work as soon as they arrive.
How many cleaners can I expect to arrive?
We will usually dispatch teams of either 2 or 3 cleaning experts, depending on the size of the property. The professional cleaners have all the necessary equipment and detergents to start work right away.
How long will the service take?
It depends on the number of rooms and their condition, as well as if any additional services need to take place. A house move cleaning service is unlimited in time and the cleaners work until the job is done. They will need access to electricity and hot water to perform the service up to a standard.

Can I get some kind of discount on my price?
Of course, you can. If only you are our club member. Check the full list of discounts in the End of Tenancy Cleaning Prices section above. Also, if you add window and carpet cleaning to your service requirements, you can save up to 30% OFF the regular price.
Do you work on weekends?
The move-out cleaners are available seven days a week and on bank holidays. You can also schedule morning and afternoon appointments or request a same-day service.
Can you do after-tenancy cleaning if I’m moving in?
We will gladly help you refresh your new home if you haven’t left any personal belongings inside. You also need to have your fridge and freezer defrosted 24 hours in advance.
Something came up and I want to reschedule my booking. How can I do that?
First, you must log into your MoveInOut account. After that, you need to go to the dashboard where you can make the needed changes. That’s it, you are done! Please give us at least 48-hour notice as otherwise, the cancellation policy will apply.
How does the end of tenancy cleaning differ from one-off deep cleaning?
Our tenancy cleaning services cover all the cleaning tasks needed to return the pristine state of a property, for which we give a 48-hour guarantee. The one-off cleaning is an hourly-based service designed to cover as much as possible for the time booked. It is great for spring cleaning or after-party clean-up since you decide what tasks should be prioritised.
Can you do it while I’m still at the property?
This would invalidate our 48-hours guarantee. In case you need only specific areas cleaned, we suggest that you book a one-off service instead.
Will I get my tenancy deposit back after the end of tenancy clean?
At MoveInOut Services we strive to provide the best end of tenancy cleaning across Canada That’s why we always provide 48-hour guarantee – to ensure that you will get your deposit back. This means that if the landlord is not happy, we will re-clean the property free of charge within 48 hours. You can now extend the guaranteed period of 7 days for a fee $50
How does the video survey for the end of tenancy cleaning work?
A video survey can be done instead of a site viewing. It is suitable for 5+ bedroom properties, where an exact price quote can’t be provided over the phone. It takes only a few minutes, usually done via WhatsApp or Facetime. A professional surveyor will consult you and you will be offered a personalised quote at the end of the video call.

Is there anything I need to do prior to the service?
Yes, there are a few things that need to be done on your side prior to the service, for it to be carried out to the highest quality. The fridge/freezer need to be emptied and defrosted. Secondly, it’s best if all the rubbish and leftovers have been bagged and binned. And lastly, we will need you to provide electricity, running hot water and working lights so that we can give you the best end of tenancy clean you can get.
Do you provide cleaning supplies?
We provide all the eco-friendly cleaning products and supplies needed. If you have specific products, you’d like us to use or require floor cleaning, please let us know or leave those items out for our team.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We understand that plans can change! If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment, and we’ll arrange a new time that suits you. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice can be credited towards a future cleaning or a gift card. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Secure online payment is required at the time of booking.

Which method do you use to clean carpets - dry or wet?
We are fully certified and insured carpet and upholstery cleaners. We use both methods dry and steam depending on the type of carpet. Dry carpet cleaning for natural fibres carpets like viscose, Tencel, coir, seagrass, and carpet steam cleaning.
Do you move furniture when cleaning carpets?
We will move whatever we can within reason.
Do I have to stay at home throughout service?
No. We need to you provide access to your property. We can give you a call before we finish so that you can come back to inspect and lock up.
Can you pick up keys from the estate agents?
We can collect and return keys if it is within walking distance from the property. A small fee may apply.
How much do you charge for end of tenancy cleaning?
Each property is unique and so are our quotations. Prices are tailored to property’s specifications and cleaning requirements. Please click on the get a quote button and fill out the contact form. We will respond to you within an hour with a quote fully tailored to your needs. We offer a choice of payment method and provide a company receipt / certificate for the cleaning. We genuinely want to help you get your deposit back!
What should I do before you come to do an end of tenancy clean?
You must be completely moved out of the property and the freezer must be fully defrosted before we come. If you have heavy limescale built-up in the toilet below water level, you can use Harpic 100 % Original Limescale remover which you can get from any supermarket. Soak the toilet with Harpic for few nights before you go to bed, to help dissolve it. Often inventory fails because of mouldy sealant around bath or washing machine rubber seal. Mould is not a cleaning issue. There are some sprays like the HG Mould remover that might help, but it cannot be fully eliminated. According to new legislation mould is a health hazard and if disturbed releases spores in the air that are potential health risk. It is fine for you to treat it yourself, but we as a company need special training, equipment and certification in order to do it commercially.

YES, we are fully insured: We have employer’s liability up to $10,000,000 and public liability up to $2,000,000
How do I pay for cleaning services?
You can pay by bank transfer or with crypto within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation. You can also pay by cash on the day directly to the technician. A company receipt will be provided.
What if I need to change or cancel my cleaning appointment?
We understand that sometimes emergencies may arise or something unexpected may happen and customers may need to change or cancel their appointments. Please note that We require 3days written notice to cancel or change a booking, if customer fails to inform us in writing (email to office@cleanercleaner.co.uk) he /she will have to pay the quoted amount in full.
