In situations where you provide information directly to MoveInOut Clean, we are the Controller of that data.

When you submit a claim under our Guarantee Scheme after using one of our service members, we’ll ask for the following personal information:

To investigate the claim, we will use our phone logs and platform data to ensure the job originated through a contact with the service member via MoveInOut Clean.
For a more detailed investigation, we may need to commission a report from a surveyor. Your personal information will be provided to our contracted service providers to arrange the inspection visit or repeat service.

We have developed functionality that allows our service members to send initial quotes for their work and invoices after the job is done. This is offered through our systems, where we act as a Data Processor, and the service member sending the information is the Data Controller. The quote or invoice you receive will indicate that the service is provided by MoveInOut Clean, and that we are processing the data on behalf of the service member.
